Hi Rosanna!
I found your site on facebook and love the blog too. Inspiring and warm and just plain happy. I found yoga when i had to stop running due to sciatica. I’m on the mend but am sticking with the yoga because it seems to touch me both physically and mentally during practise.
I just wondered – had you ever thought about becoming a yoga instructor? Perhaps you are already? Since finding it a few months ago I’ve seriously been considering it but am not sure where to startvmy journey!

Hi Prudence!
Thank you so much for your message. Very happy you like my blog!
That’s fab that you’re discovering the joys and different dimensions of yoga! – isn’t it awesome? I too love the physical and mental benefits it brings me. It refreshses, energises, strengthens and enlivens me!
I am currently doing the BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) Foundation Course in Tadley, Hampshire. It’s fantastic and offers a great insight into yoga for both those who want to become instructors and those who don’t. My intention is to go on and do the Teacher Training Diploma Course which runs for approx. 2 1/2 years to qualify as a yoga teacher. Who knows yet what style I’ll specialise in!
Wonderful that you’re considering teaching yoga too! A fab thing to do for sure
There are lots of different styles and teaching coiurses to think about. What style of yoga are you currently practicing? Have you tried many classes?
Love
Rosanna
