I made the most of my lunch break
I took some peace and quiet away from work
I ate my lunch in a park
I had a lovely tasty lunch
I ate lots of delicious fruit
I ate lots of yummy vegetables
I had wholesome snacks
I had some time to myself to ‘just be’ and relax
I went to the health food store
I went to an exercise class
I enjoyed a sport
I practiced relaxation
I had lots of fresh air
I saw a lovely friend
I cleared my bedroom
I had a beautiful dinner
I watched an inspiring film
I read an inspiring book
I had a good sleep
