Thank you for all the great comments.

Corrina, I so look forward to new stories in 2010! Let them provide incredible tales for us..

Catie, yes we must plan our dreams for 2010. 'Dream it, plan it and live it! Here we go!

I completely agree with you Ann. I love practising yoga, and am always so grateful for the change that it has on my perspective and energy levels. Sirsasana and Chakrasana are both wonderful for seeing things differently. Happy yoga-ing in 2010!

Thank you Daniel. I appreciate your support. What you say is so true. We do have a dualistic nature and it is good to be aware of this, and notice the effects of what we do on an emotional and physical level. Sounds like you really get a lot from your running and other sports. Keep it up!

You connect the physical and spiritual marvellously. We can’t ignore the dualistic nature of our existence – we’re souls embodied in a physical world – and we can use that to the advantage of our spirit. I can always feel when I’m running and striding further each minute, or hitting a shuttlecock with increasing precision on each return that it’s also positively stretching or impacting on my mood trajectory and higher being. Be sure to keep putting your insights on paper – you’re a rising star!

Yoga asanas such as Sirsana (headstand) or Chakrasana (wheel) are great for changing your outlook. Sirsana literally helps you to see things from another angle not just physically but within your mind and emotions too. Chakrasana opens up and energizes your body.

So do yoga if you want to change your perspective!

Beautiful post - spot on.

Here's to all our boring stories finding their end at the end of this year, and here's to all the new stories for 2010.

Watching you emerge and grow this year has been such an honour - thanks for sharing this with us.
